About Our ServicesUUCPL is a loan settlement and debt settlement consultancy firm based in Kolkata, providing advisory and negotiation support in relation to Mortgage Loan Settlement, Business Loan Settlement, Personal Loan Settlement, Home Loan Settlement, Professional Loan Settlement, and WBFC/NABARD Loan Settlement, as well as related matters involving the Debt Recovery Tribunal (DRT), National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), and SARFAESI proceedings (“Services”).UUCPL is an independent consultancy firm and is not a bank, non-banking financial company (NBFC), or lending institution, and is not regulated by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) as a lender. Our role is to provide advisory, negotiation, and documentation support to clients in connection with their existing loan or debt obligations with third-party lenders.
EligibilityOur Services are intended for individuals and businesses who are at least 18 years of age (or of legal contracting age in their jurisdiction) and who have the legal authority to engage our Services in respect of the loan or debt matter concerned.
Free Consultation and EngagementAny free consultation offered through the Site is provided for the purpose of understanding your situation and explaining how our Services may assist you. A formal engagement for paid Services will only commence once the applicable scope, fees, and terms have been separately agreed upon between you and UUCPL, typically through a written engagement letter or agreement.
Client ResponsibilitiesYou agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information and documentation regarding your loan or debt situation, to cooperate with our team throughout the engagement, and to promptly inform us of any communication you receive from a bank, NBFC, tribunal, or other authority relevant to your case. Inaccurate, incomplete, or delayed information may affect the outcome of the Services and UUCPL shall not be responsible for any resulting delay, loss, or adverse outcome.
Fees and PaymentFees for paid Services, if any, will be communicated to you separately and are payable as agreed in your specific engagement with UUCPL. Any fees paid are for the provision of advisory, negotiation, and documentation services rendered, and not for any guaranteed outcome, unless expressly stated otherwise in a signed agreement.
No Guarantee of OutcomeLoan and debt settlement outcomes depend on multiple factors outside UUCPL’s control, including the policies and discretion of the concerned bank, NBFC, or financial institution, the specific facts of your case, and applicable RBI guidelines and law. While UUCPL uses its experience and best efforts to negotiate favourable outcomes, we do not guarantee any specific result, settlement amount, waiver, timeline, or approval. Testimonials and success figures referenced on the Site reflect individual past experiences and are not a guarantee of similar results in your case.
Intellectual PropertyAll content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and the UUCPL name and branding, is the property of UUCPL or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the Site without our prior written consent, except for personal, non-commercial use.
